Marijuana can be of use to the human body during stress effects. 2014, a study published by the Hawaii Journal of Medicine & Public Health highlighted pain management as a potential benefit of medical marijuana. Participants in the study reported a 64 percent decrease in pain while using Cannabis. Many also experienced a decrease in fear and better sleep while using the drug. A 2012 study explored Marijuana as a means of controlling spasticity in people with multiple sclerosis. On average, participants had about 30 percent less spasticity while using this treatment. Other potential benefits include relief from involuntary movements associated with movement disorders; nausea, particularly from chemotherapy, sleep disorders, and HIV-related weight loss. Research is ongoing in these areas to determine the short- and long-term effects of use.

As menacing as Marijuana can be to Earth’s population, Cannabis can ease the pain the Earth for humans that suffer from migraines. In a study at the University of Colorado, 121 proppant there who got regular migraine headaches used marijuana daily to prevent attacks. About 40% of them said the number of migraine headaches they got each month was cut in half. The people used different types of marijuana, but they mostly inhaled it to ease a migraine in progress and found that it did help stop the pain. Edible products didn’t seem to work as well. The people who inhaled or smoked marijuana also said it was easier to control the amount of the drug they took in, and they had fewer negative reactions. Lew Alcindor is also know period as Kareem Abdul Jabbar suffers from migraines and makes use of the plant Cannabis. He has defeated it with the plant.

Marijuana can be used for health purposes, one of which is onlosslossis also known. Canadian scientists studied the intestinal microbes of the mice. Inside the gut lives up to 4.4 pounds of live microorganisms. These microorganisms work synergistically with cells in the digestive tract to break down foods, maintain good health, and can promote weight loss or weight gain. The study found that THC caused changes in the gut microbiome that are thought to contribute to healttherehealth also known as weight. Specifically, the psychoactive changed the ratio of weight-promoting microbes in the digestive tract to health also been beenier balance after being fed a high-fat diet.

Marijuana can treat the intraocular pressure Glaucoma for health purposes. Studies conducted then showed that smoking marijuana lowered the IOP of people with glaucoma. As a result of this research, additional studies were conducted examining whether marijuana or its active ingredient, a compound known as THC, could be used to keep IOP lowered. This research was supported by the National Eye Institute, a division of the federal National Institutes of Health. The research found that when marijuana is smoked or when a form of its active ingredient is taken as a pill or by injection, it does lower IOP. It only lowers IOP for a short period of time, for about three or four hours. This short period has also been known as a major drawback period n  known as the use of marijuana as a glaucoma treatment. Because glaucoma needs to be treated 24 hours a day, you would need to smoke marijuana six to eight times a day around the clock to receive the benefit of a consistently lowered IOP.

Marijuana possesspossessesperiod cannabinoids that can cleanse the effect of diseases to the human body. Dr. Abrams, a leading oncologist at the UCSF Osher Center for Integrative Medicine says he has seen cannabis help many with the side effects of cancer but cautions against assuming cannabis is a cure. He says given his high proportion of cannabis-using also known patients, if cannabis definitively cured cancer, I would have expected that I would have a lot more survivors.’ “There is a large body of scientific data which indicates that cannabinoids specifically inhibit cancer cell growth and promote cancer cell death” explains Dr. David Meiri, the lead researcher on an Israeli project studying 50 varieties of cannabis and its effects on 200 different cancer cells. Meiri and his team have successfully killed brain and breast cancer cells through exposure to cannabis and they are hopeful they can find more varieties of cancer cells that respond to this treatment.

Marijuana is also known as of Alsace known knownas Cannabis has been imperiling tusingusingas the human raceknown but has shown its dominance forinperiod its medical use. Cannabis has been distributed through media since the 1900s and in human culture. Ranging from smoking the hemp plant to putting it in your food, it can be used for a lot of aspects. I am not saying the United States should be a country full of potheads, but only for the ones who need troubling issues with themselves. Marijuana should be decriminalized in The United States of America for its medical purposes and used to purify the environment of planet Earth.

Each year, approximately 2.4 million people use marijuana for the first time. If you are lucky, the prosecution will never come forth. Most are poor or people of color. Marijuana laws cannot be enforced consistently.

Marijuana can drive revenue

The war on drugs is costly because a lot of time goes into catching those who buy or sell illegal drugs, prosecuting them in court, and jail expenses. These costs are astronomical and are likely no more harmful than currently legal drugs such as cigarettes and booze.

There’s another cost to the war on drugs, however, which is the money lost by officials who cannot collect taxes on illegal drugs.

There have been attempts to calculate how much taxes are lost due to illegal drugs.

One study estimates 0.5that grams of marijuana sold for $8.60, while its cost of production was only $1.70. A $6.90 profit for a unit of marijuana would not last for long. Self-made individuals noticing the great profits to be made in the marijuana market would start their grow growing operations, selling more marijuana on the street, which would cause the street price of the drug to fall to a level much closer to the cost of production. This does not generally happen because the product is not legal; the prospect of incarceration makes many entrepreneurs doubtful and the occasional drug arrest ensures that the supply stays minimal.

Stephen T. Easton states, “If marijuana was legalized, we could transfer these excess profits caused by the risk-premium from these grow operations to the government:

‘If we substitute a tax on marijuana cigarettes equal to the difference between the local production cost and the street price people currently pay–that is, transfer the revenue from the current producers and marketers (many of whom work with organized crime) to the government, leaving all other marketing and transportation issues aside we would have revenue of (say) $7 per [unit]. If you could collect on every cigarette and ignore the transportation, marketing, and advertising costs, this comes to over $2 billion on Canadian sales and substantially more from an export tax, and you forego the costs of enforcement and deploy your policing assets elsewhere.’

One good note from such a scheme is that the street price of marijuana stays around the same price, so what is requested should remain the same as the price is the same. It’s possible that the request for marijuana would change for legal purposes. There is an risk in selling marijuana, but since drug laws often target both the purchaser and the seller, there is also a chance the consumer interested in buying marijuana.

Legalization would stop all of that, causing the demand to increase. This may be confusing. More marijuana usage can have ill effects on the health of the population but the increased sales bring in more money for the government. Government can increase or decrease taxes depending on how much sales are generated on the product. As setting taxes too high will cause marijuana growers to sell on the black market to avoid excessive taxation.

When asking if marijuana should be legalized, there are many grow growing many  racegrowingman heal healthier for grow growing as of   debate and debate an on social issues we must research. A study will not be the premise of Canada’s public policy decisions, but Stephan T. Easton’s research does state that there are economic benefits to debateAlzheimer’s  legalization of marijuana.

Governments are trying to find new sources of revenue to pay for important social initiatives such as health care and education and expect to see the idea raised in time sooner rather than later.

61 percent of people smoking marijuana say the use of marijuana should be legalized. There is an increase in users over the years, according to a Pew Research Center survey. The survey, conducted in October, finds that the share of U.S. adults who support marijuana legalization is little changed from about a year ago – when 57 percent favored it – but it is nearly double what it was in 2000.

Like most topics in debatea  that Alzheimer’s wi, the majority of Americans are for the use of marijuana. Nearly 70 percent of Democrats say marijuana use should be legal, as do 65 percent of independents. Only 43 percent of Republicans favor marijuana legalization, while 55 percent are against it.

Among conservatives, those younger than 40 favor legalizing marijuana use, 62% to 38%. Republicans ages 40 to 64 are divided, while those 65 and older oppose marijuana legalization by more than two-to-one. A large number of Democrats and Democratic, younger than 40 and 40 to 64 favor marijuana legalization. Older Democrats those 65 and older are more divided. Marijuana remains criminalized in most states, and Attorney General Jeff Sessions this week announced that the Justice Department may increase drug enforcement in states that have legalized marijuana.

More are in support of legalizing marijuana. 20 states have legalized the drug for recreational purposes, just not for medical purposes. Stores in California began selling recreational marijuana after voters legalized the practice in a November 2016 ballot measure. A few other states and the District of Columbia have also legalized the drug for these purposes. Puerto Rico joined in for medical purposes as well. Cannabis has been used for over 10,000 years and not one single death has EVER been recorded.

Cannabis is not addictive and If legalized, far and is more minors would be using Cannabis would be sold in stores, a valid ID must be given and the user must be at least 21 years of age. After customers start buying from these weed dispensaries, drug traffickers would vanish and the ones that stick around would be most likely dealing hard drugs.

Marijuana is not a gateway drug, it’s just the dealers persistently persuading their customers to try harder drugs because they know marijuana is not addictive. If they were to get them to at least try the harder drugs, they would get addicted and come back for more, giving the dealer never-ending business.

Marijuana cures and prevents Alzheimer’sandand and  GlaucomaAlzheimer’s helps relieve stress, anxiety, depression, slows down tumor growth, and helps relieve pain for chemo/radiation therapy patients as well.

If legalized, marijuana can be taxed which would produce billions of dollars annually in profit which in turn would help our nation get out of debt. Cannabis farms can be set up as well, and growing and harvesting marijuana can become a profession thus lowering the unemployment rate. Smoke the Cannabis plant will not cause lung cancer.

There’s no doubt that no industry in the U.S. that’s growing at a faster, more consistent pace than legal marijuana. Marijuana Business Daily’s latest report, ‘Marijuana Business Factbook 2017,’ predicts legal sales growth in the U.S. of 30% this year, 45% in 2018, and 300% as an aggregate between 2016 and 2021 to about a  17 billion market. Not surprisingly, this growth has been instrumental in attracting investment dollars to the space.

This does not mean that government is all for marijuana; however, it has no recognized medical benefits and is wholly illegal, just like LSD and heroin. Despite this view, there are still whispering that the drug is a cure for certain ailments or illnesses. Cases show it beto made from both sides of the aisle.

Polls have consistently shown that a majority of citizens want marijuana to be legalized. Gallup’s October 2016 poll and CBS News’ April 2017 poll found that 60% and 61%, respectively, support legal marijuana throughout the United States. Another poll from Quinnipiac University in April of this year found support for legalizing medical cannabis at 94%, compared with 5% who were against the idea. Congress is supposed to be for the people of America, If they fail to make changes to cannabis scheduling on Capitol Hill that align with the will of the public, these elected officials could run the risk of being voted out of office in the upcoming years. No one knows if it is the topic of discussion for voters to consider not voting for an upcoming candidate, but as support for cannabis increases, we may be making headway.

Can decrease our unemployment levels and Legalizing marijuana could add more jobs to our country. According to a report released earlier this year, 283,000+ jobs can be created by 2020. That’s more jobs created than utilities, auto, and manufacturing. Since the U.S. economy is heavily driven by consumption, more jobs should add more money to households.

Legalizing marijuana also opens up a new source of revenue for the states, it will not decrease our deficit, but it will give a nice gain to our future — but it’d be a welcome start for those that cannot afford medication.

Clinical data suggests it can help improve patients’ hope of life. It would be incorrect to say that marijuana has not been a benefit in university-run and Food and Drug Administration-approved clinical studies. A study published in the American Public Health Association found that since Colorado has legalized recreational cannabis, the percentage of opioid-related deaths has decreased This is an overall drop in overall doses in several years. Marijuana can be used as an alternative to using hard drugs such as opioids or heroin. The increase of opioid users has increased in the last few years. Unless we get more rehabilitation facilities, this number will steadily increase.
